  Cons: no lot numbers, very messy, customer service was not available when should be open, poor layout of lots, tight lots. When we went to the dump station, the dump station could not take anymore black water. Was over flowing.

  STAY AWAY!!! This place is a glorified trailer park. The "tent area" is essentially a small open area similar to someones yard where all the tenters are forced to clump together around three dingy fire pits. This is NOT camping, this is borrowing the free area around a trailer park next to a polluted river sprinkled with duck poop. There's a reason why theres a "no refunds" clause on the form!! I asked the lady in advance if we could see the camping area first and she actually snapped at us and told us to sign the form or find another camp site.

  STAY AWAY from this HORRIBLE PLACE! Worst attitude. They are rude enough to ask us customer stay away from their land and otherwise they would call police! It is a very crowded place and manged by nonsense people..

  Not only was it a wonderful night away from the chaos of the city. But with a smile and a hand shake we were able to come to good terms on getting resources to get our project off the ground. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.
